基于反应位移法的某地铁车站抗震性能研究

以沈阳某地铁车站为计算模型,考虑地层与车站结构间相互作用,按照反应位移法原理计算地层相对位移、结构周围剪力和结构惯性力.结果表明,车站层间位移满足规范限值要求,抗震组合为非控制工况,结构受力合理,对类似工程有一定参考意义.     

麻黄细辛附子汤6种活性成分提取动态变化研究

研究麻黄细辛附子汤中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱、细辛脂素、苯甲酰新乌头原碱、苯甲酰乌头原碱、苯甲酰次乌头原碱在提取过程中的含量动态变化。采用HPLC，测定水提取过程中不同时间提取液中6种活性成分的含量。结果表明，6种活性成分溶出量均在前90 min呈上升趋势，且组分稳定存在。90 min后，溶出量增长趋势变缓并有不同程度的消减，存在状态不稳定。研究认为麻黄细辛附子汤的提取工艺为水煎提取90 min，既可保证6种活性成分的稳定存在，又使其溶出量达峰值。     

储备偏好影响下中国与欧盟天然气进口博弈

中国目前是世界第一大天然气进口国，但与欧盟相比，其天然气储备水平很低。为了应对各种不确定性以保障天然气的稳定供应，中国天然气储备水平未来将会有明显提升。天然气储备水平的变化将引起天然气进口需求的变化，进而通过中俄管道天然气的贯通影响欧盟天然气的进口策略。旨在从理论上分析中国天然气储备偏好变化对不同信息结构下天然气进口博弈的潜在影响。研究表明，当只有中国调整储备偏好时，中国在同时博弈中所获得的利润可以达到在主从博弈中主者的利润水平，此时欧盟的利益会受到损害；而当中国和欧盟均可以调整储备偏好时，中国和欧盟的均衡利润可能因为过度储备反而降低，俄罗斯则可能因此而获得更多的生产者剩余。本文还对天然气进口均衡价格、均衡进口量、利润水平等进行了定量分析，同时，利用天然气市场相关数据检验了本文结论的有效性和稳定性。     

大气湍流间歇性对玉米花粉风扩散的潜在影响

现有研究成果已充分认识到大气湍流间歇性损耗将对大气边界层中颗粒物质的输送过程产生重要影响.然而,目前关于耗散间歇性对玉米花粉传播潜在影响的相关研究较为欠缺.基于拉格朗日随机模型,以耗散速率的时间变化为关键参量,定量地评估了大气湍流间歇性对玉米花粉传播的影响.数值分析结果表明,大气湍流间歇性能够增加花粉在花粉源附近及较远位置的分布几率;与稳定的大气条件相比,湍流间歇性对玉米花粉的传播,特别是对远距离传播能够产生更大的影响,且随着无量纲耗散率分布均方差的增加,长距离传播的统计物理量响应也将存在差异.研究表明,在复杂自然条件下,用一个特定的特征值或固定函数来描述玉米花粉的传播分布可能已不再适用,而需要找到一种更合理的描述方法.     

磷酸二氢钾对“银拖”墨兰生长发育的影响

通过盆栽试验,研究了不同浓度(0%,0.1%,0.3%,0.6%)的磷酸二氢钾(KH2PO4)对"银拖"墨兰生长发育的影响,结果表明:喷施0.1%~0.6%磷酸二氢钾对其生长发育有显著影响,能增加"银拖"墨兰的花箭长度和使其开花期提前,其中喷施0.1%可增加叶片的长度及促进叶绿素含量的增加,喷施0.3%可增加叶片的宽度和促进叶片可溶性糖含量增加。     

Optimal investment problem for an insurer and a reinsurer

This paper studies the optimal investment problem for an insurer and a reinsurer. The basic claim process is assumed to follow a Brownian motion with drift and the insurer can purchase proportional reinsurance from the reinsurer. The insurer and the reinsurer are allowed to invest in a risk-free asset and a risky asset. Moreover, the authors consider the correlation between the claim process and the price process of the risky asset. The authors ?rst study the optimization problem of maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth for the insurer. Then with the optimal reinsurance strategy chosen by the insurer, the authors consider two optimization problems for the reinsurer: The problem of maximizing the expected exponential utility of terminal wealth and the problem of minimizing the ruin probability. By solving the corresponding Hamilton-Jacobi-Bellman equations, the authors derive the optimal reinsurance and investment strategies, explicitly. Finally, the authors illustrate the equality of the reinsurer's optimal investment strategies under the two cases.     

Structure and function of Zika virus NS5 protein: perspectives for drug design

Zika virus (ZIKV) belongs to the positive-sense single-stranded RNA-containing Flaviviridae family. Its recent outbreak and association with human diseases (e.g. neurological disorders) have raised global health concerns, and an urgency to develop a therapeutic strategy against ZIKV infection. However, there is no currently approved antiviral against ZIKV. Here we present a comprehensive overview on recent progress in structure–function investigation of ZIKV NS5 protein, the largest non-structural protein of ZIKV, which is responsible for replication of the viral genome, RNA capping and suppression of host interferon responses. Structural comparison of the N-terminal methyltransferase domain and C-terminal RNA-dependent RNA polymerase domain of ZIKV NS5 with their counterparts from related viruses provides mechanistic insights into ZIKV NS5-mediated RNA replication, and identifies residues critical for its enzymatic activities. Finally, a collection of recently identified small molecule inhibitors against ZIKV NS5 or its closely related flavivirus homologues are also discussed.     

当前高校音乐欣赏课的困境及对策

高校音乐欣赏课程有助于提升大学生的思想道德素质、文化综合素质、心理健康素质,帮助形成创造性思维。但目前该课程并未得到足够重视,教学内容陈旧,教学方式落后,师资队伍缺乏。高校应该加强师资建设,改进教学内容,丰富教学手段,构建评估制度,从而真正发挥音乐欣赏课的美育作用。     

坐标本征态的 Fock 表象表示

利用由 Dirac 符号表示的线性谐振子的本征态，引入了 Fock 表象，并通过线性谐振子本征态的完备性和厄米多项式的母函数得出了坐标本征态在 Fock 表象中的具体表达式，为进一步发展 Dirac 符号做好了铺垫。
